Paso Terra is the newest seafood restaurant in the heart of downtown Paso Robles, California. Paso Terra was conceptualized as a local restaurant that uses ingredients produced from sustainable farming. Executive Chef, Andre Averseng took advantage of the variety of natural, organic products available and created a menu with the best flavors and presentation on the Central Coast.
